Loving God Together
To see every believer at New Castle worshiping God through active participation in Sunday morning worship.
Most people are first introduced to New Castle by coming to one of our worship services. We gather together each Sunday morning to worship the Lord and proclaim His Word. You will find that we have people of all ages (children, students, adults) and backgrounds in each of our Sunday morning services. Attire varies from casual to traditional, which reflects our diversity.
Services last about an hour and include what we call a "New Castle style of worship" that incorporates Christ exalting songs. In our desire to love God together as His worshippers, our aim is that of exalting Christ.
A warm, hospitable environment is provided where our guests are neither ignored nor singled out. When you visit us, please stop by our welcome desk and receive a gift with some helpful information. Nursery is available in both of our AM services and Children's Church for ages 3-Kindergarten is available during the second worship service (they are released just before the sermon time).
While fellowship happens before and after our services, we greatly encourage those who participate in our services to also attend one of our Bible Fellowship Classes on Sunday morning as well.
What is different about first and second services?
The music and sermon are the same in both AM services. While we do have a mix of ages in both services, the first service tends to have an older crowd and the second service, a younger one.
What is available for my children during the services?
Nursery is available for both services. Additionally, Children's Church is available in 2nd service for ages 3-K and releases just before the sermon time.
Will I be singled out in the service for being a first time guest?
No, we will not point you out in our services but will make a point to simply welcome all who have come, espeically those visiting with us.
Where can I get more information about the church when I am there?
We do hope that you'll stop by our welcome desk to get a guest bag and be greeted with a smile.
