How do I access my app profile?
In the upper right, click on the "more" icon which are simply several lines.
Then click on your name. This will open your profile where you can chanage your email, phone, address, and interests. Remember to click "update profile" at the bottom to save your changes.

Why can't I highlight in the Bible feature?
To be able to use the functions within the Bible feature, you will need a YouVersion account. After clicking on the Bible feature, sign in to your account, and the highlight as well as other functions will be available to you.
You do not need a YouVersion account to simply find and read Bible passages.
Why is the Bible feature slow?
The Bible feature uses the YouVersion app. Since it is an app running through another app, it slows down the feature.
Why am I required to complete all the fields in the Connection Card?
Currently the app template we use requires all fields within a form to be completed. A new generation of forms is being created and should be finished later this year, allowing optional fields.
Is my financial information safe if I choose to give through the app?
Yes. All financial-related data is encrypted and stored by our payment gateway. NTS is PCI Level 1 compliant. Level 1 PCI compliance is a set of rules stated by credit card companies and audited by an independent third party. Level 1 PCI is the highest possible rating. Additionally, all transmission to our banking partner and on our site is via an encrypted SSL connection. No financial information is stored on our servers or yours.
